Seven days of skin fermentation with carefully selected, perfectly ripe Chenin Blanc grapes gives this distinctive white an appealing tannic grip. Crisp and bruised green apple flavours are supported by lively, persistent acidity, while lemon-zest freshness is layered with notes of honeybush tea, hazelnut and warm bread.
