Made from 100% Chardonnay grapes from the terraces of the Sierra Silva vineyard. Aeolian sandy soils up to one meter deep and from the second meter of profile is calcareous rock from the Sierra Silva.
Direct pressing without destemming, fermented by native yeasts and made under the traditional method during 25 months of aging on lees, complexify this sparkling wine that has extraordinary levels of acidity.
Bodega Otronia Brut NV is a bone-dry, 100% Chardonnay sparkling wine from Patagonia featuring a pale yellow hue and fine, persistent bubbles. The nose opens with vibrant aromas of green apple, citrus zest, and pear, underpinned by complex notes of floral undertones and toasted brioche from over two years of lees aging. On the palate, it delivers a deep and creamy texture beautifully balanced by an electric, mouth-watering acidity, leading into a crisp, mineral-driven finish.
