Tasting Notes:
The grapes were selected from two individual parcels and were harvested in March. The wine was aged in French oak foudres for 18-20 months prior to bottling.
Pale yellow in colour with notes of white fruit such as peach and pear, combined with floral notes. Aromas of herbs, chamomile tea and thyme are well balanced with the freshness of the palate.
