Ntsiki’s Cabernet is every bit as impressive as its namesake: dark and brooding, yet generous, poised and elegantly structured. Bold, chewy tannins are balanced by concentrated, well-composed fruit, making it enjoyable now while promising excellent development with age. The 13% Petit Verdot lends deep violet colour and added tannic grip, though the character remains unmistakably Cabernet: Black Forest fruit, blackcurrant leaf, cedar and cigar box. Refined French oak brings warming spice and a gentle smoky note, leading to a pure, long and refreshing finish. Drink now through to 2035.
