The wine presents a generous bouquet of ripe stone fruit, lychee, honeysuckle and a touch of cardammon with fresh citrus bursts. These exuberant aromas are brought together to create a wine with great clarity, a multi-layered palate that goes deeper and deeper from initial minerality to succulent viscosity, offset by perfectly balanced acidity leading to a long finish. Pair with white fish, dishes with creamy sauces and fresh salads and spicy Sichaun food.
