Tasting Notes:
Carefully hand-picked Pinotage and Shiraz grapes (91% and 9%) were fermented in stainless steel and bottled after four months on lees. The resulting wine is a beautifully balanced, medium-bodied red with an appetising earthiness: the small percentage of Shiraz adds a distinctive black fruit profile, alongside notes of cherry, strawberry, a touch of cranberry, then rosemary and warming black pepper, with a ripe, plummy finish.
