Tasting Notes:
The aroma brings to mind lime curd, while the flavour surprises with a beautiful blood orange character – quite different from typical Sauvignon traits. There are hints of ripe gooseberries, complemented by delicate tarragon and gently toasted fennel seeds weaving through the fruit. You can also detect notes of sorrel. The acidity is bright, refreshing, and invigorating – a true palate cleanser.
