Tasting Notes:
Each vineyard site was harvested and vinified separately to preserve its unique character. The Syrah, sourced from Breedekloof, was picked in three distinct passes and fermented with varying whole bunch components 20%, 30%, and 50% to build layers of texture and aromatic lift. Carignan, also from Breedekloof, was split into two lots: one crushed for structure, the other fermented with 50% whole bunch to preserve freshness and spice. The Grenache from Stellenbosch was fully crushed, bringing tannin, tension, and depth to the blend. Finally, a small yet expressive portion of Cinsaut was added for its perfumed red fruit and ability to soften the palate, tying the wine together with elegance and ease.
