Tsuki no Katsura is one of the oldest sake breweries in Fushimi, the most famous sake region in Kyoto Prefecture, Japan. The name “Tsuki no Katsura” originated from a poem written by a court noble called “Anenokoji Arinaga” who visited the brewery.
