La Cuvée 2022 Blanc de Blancs is an exceptional vintage French sparkling wine with 0.0% alcohol, revealing a great complexity and character when tasted, like a fine wine full of singularity. Its paradox lies in the complexity of its aromas and flavors, reminiscent of a great, mature sparkling wine in its peak maturity, even though it is a relatively young alcohol-free wine.
Tasting Notes:
Appearance: An intense gold color and copper hues, with fine, elegant bubbles and a delicate mousse.
Nose: Great complexity, reminiscent of old Blanc de Blancs, with an extensive spectrum of caramelized nuts, candied fruit, dried spice, Mocha, and dried apricot aromas, followed by toasted bread, vanilla, brioche, and Tarte Tatin notes. A subtle hint of aniseed lingers on the finish.
Palate: An initial burst of freshness, with a good concentration and fleshy texture and creaminess. A balanced acidity with notes of Mirabelle, plum, and marmalade. Layers of honeyed dried fruit and delicate brioche notes emerge, lending a depth of flavor. The lingering finish is both refreshingly crisp and creamy, imparting a truly unparalleled tasting sensation of complexity and singularity.
