Tasting Notes:
The champagne developed notes of brioche that underline the gourmet roundness of the Chardonnay. On the palate it is full with very fine bubbles at first, but then it opens with freshness, minerality and a touch of salinity, inviting us for a second sip.
After passing some time underwater, submerged 60m deep near Brittany, the pressure in the recovered bottle is still vivid and ejects the cork like the best ancient Frerejean canons.
Constant cool temperature (11-13 Degrees Celsius) and lack of light contribute to its unique character.
