Tasting notes:
The newest release of this traditional Chardonnay is crisp but layered in texture. It spends eight months aging on lees in a combination of second- and third-fill barrels as well as stainless steel tanks, with just 25% of the wine going through malolactic fermentation. Sourced from both warmer and cooler vineyards, the wine is fruit-forward, showing tropical and bright citrus flavours, followed by subtle hints of fresh bread, cereal, and a gentle touch of vanilla and toast.
